As we gear up for the holiday season, we're excited to unveil a remarkable opportunity designed exclusively for our early-career dedicated team members: our first Emerging Leaders Program. This program aims to cultivate and empower individuals with 1-3 years of experience, offering a comprehensive curriculum covering essential aspects of leadership, business insights, team dynamics, guest service, safety protocols, and hands-on practical application.
Duration: Join our 7-week program designed for early-career professionals in hospitality.
Who Can Apply: Ideal for employees with 1-3 years experience or nominated individuals (subject to manager approval).
Key Areas: Learn leadership, business insights, team dynamics, guest service, safety protocols, and practical applications.
Application Dates: Apply from December 8th to December 22nd for this transformative learning experience. Unlock your potential!"
