What is the Emerging Leaders Program?

Our 7-week intensive program is tailor-made for individuals with 1-3 years of hospitality experience, whether you're a part of The Resort at Governor's Crossing, Country Cascades Waterpark Resort, Creekstone Inn, or our dedicated corporate team. This program is designed to empower and cultivate the future leaders of Smoky Mountain Resorts. The program covers the following topics:

Leadership: Learn and hone essential leadership skills vital for effective management.

Business: Gain insights into the business operations within a resort setting.

Safety: Emphasizing the paramount importance of safety protocols within the industry.

Final Project: Apply your knowledge in a final project and presentation showcasing your leadership capabilities.
